Hi…my mail.nsf just in trouble after I choose to replace design with pernames.ntf ! I replace the design again by mail.ntf…and appearence back to normal…
But I cannot see any mail in Inbox, although it signed 10 messages unread…I can see documents in Inbox by Views - All Documents…why this happened…don’t tell me about click button View - All, because I already try it and didn’t work for this case…

If you are talking about messages that were in the Inbox before you changed the design, those will not come back to the Inbox. New messages should appear in the Inbox as usual.

I faced this problem before, but I had to copy-paste the reqd. mails from All Documents, no other way.

You do not copy-paste emails within your own mail file to get them into a folder. That duplicates them. You just need to add them to the folder. Dragging will do the trick.

Open your mailbox in Domino Designer and go to the Folders index. Do you see two $Inbox folders?

yes Rich, I can see $Inbox…so what should I do, so my old mail can appear again in Inbox instead of Views-All Dcoments…
Right now only the new documents after I changed the design can be seen in this Inbox.

If you only see one $Inbox, not two, then the only thing you can do is restore an old backup of the mailbox into an off-line directory and then run a script to find the messages in the backup’s inbox, find the same messages in the current mailbox, and put them in the current mailbox’s inbox.
