Cannot save bitmap when opening/fowarding html emails

The first error message when opening or fowarding an email is Document is invalid, you click ok and try to send then you get the error bitmap cannot be saved.

I have checked the proxy server is set and the email can be viewed in the preview pane with images and content but unable to open or forward it to anyone.

Had this with around 5 users so far.

Subject: Please provide a copy of one of the messages that is causing the problem

Please create an empty db and paste the message into it and upload here or e-mail to me at szeto_hung@us.ibm.com.

We also experience the same issue with forwarding some of the HTML newsletters received from various websites after upgrading to Notes Client v8.5. Interestingly the same HTML newsletter at times can be forwarded but other times we’d get “Document attachment is invalid”.

We’re having the same problem: html newsletters cannot be forwarded; an error message “Bitmap cannot be saved” appears. These mails display correctly, they just cannot be forwarded. Thanx in advance.
