Cannot save Attachment in DWA 8

I have a feeling this has been discussed, but do you think I can find it?

I have a user who when she tries to save an attachment from DWA, she gets the following error:

Windows cannot find ‘C:\Users<Name>\AppData\Local\Temp\Low\Domino Web Access\Fall0985.xls’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try

again.

I imagine this is a IE 7 error message. Does anyone know the fix for this?

I tried to reproduce this and failed. Perhaps the fact that I tested on a Windows XP machine has something to do with it. Is the user trying to save an attachment that was sent to her, or is she trying to attach a document to an email to send?
