You can try to bring the server down using ENDDOMSVR!

Your actual problem appears to be the Panic on the QUIT request.

If you look at the can’t resolve error message, that you have as the subject line, in the job log you will see that message was sent at: 02/17/05 09:09:37

If you examine the console log you see that the Panic occurred at Tue Feb 22 16:25:47.

The unresolved reference was handled and the message left in the joblog and has nothing to do with the problem on the QUIT request. You may need to open a problem with support so they can identify if there are any specific hot fixes for your release with these symptoms. .
