Hello, I have a user who cannot remove folders she created in notes 5. The option is grayed out when she attempts to remove them. I’ve checked the acl and it looks normal.
She’s the only one having this problem that i’m aware of, but it is irratating her.
Any suggestions would be most welcome!

The user has to either be in a folder in order to use the option. Have the user switch to folder she wants to delete and try there.
If the action is grayed out then the action is trying to be access from a view or a reserved folder. A folder with a $ as part of its like “($Inbox)”
