This has been an ongoing problem, and a serious irritation to all my end users and myself for quite some time now.
Virtually all emails coming from the Internet will never print correctly from the Notes client. All versions from 6.0 thru 6.5 are affected.
Everything gets printed in a narrow column 10-20 chars width going down the pages. The very last page of most multi-page (3 or more pages) emails seems to print ok however. In the print preview, all looks good on the display screens, but when it comes out of the printers, it’s all screwed up. We run a wide variety of various models of HP Laserjet printers. All exhibit this problem. Internal notes mail memos print correctly.
Apparently this has been a problem for many Notes users too, judging by the amount of hits I find in a forum search, but none seem to have found an answer. Is there ever going to be a fix for this?
