Cannot Paste-memory allocation request exceeded 65,000 bytes

I have an application that outputs code to a rich text field.

Rich text is being properly populated - after a little change…

Under version 6.5.4 all was working pretty fine.

Since I upgraded to 7.0.2 today, I cannot paste the entire rich text content (text only) to nowhere.

I copy all content and when doing the paste operation I got message:

“Memory allocation request exceeded 65,000 bytes”

One of the content I tried is around 300 kbytes.

Is there any workaround or I will be forced to downgrade to 6.5.4?
