I have a user who has problems opening Word & Excel files in Notes View. No problems opening it from the software. Any solutions???

What kinds of “problems”? Error messages or…?

When prompted to open attachment, user is able to click on “Open” to open the document. When user click on “View” it gives an error message ( i need to check again) and hangs notes.
