We are running Domino 8.5.1 and clients are 8.5.1 as well.
When a user tries to schedule a new meeting and clicks on “Find Rooms” or “Find Resources” button they would get the following error message. “User CN=username/OU=ouname cannot open database. CN=notesservername/O=servername!!secondnames.nsf”. If they click OK on this message, then it will open the “Find Rooms” dialog box and they able to search for rooms/resources.
I have tested with multiple Lotus Notes clients and it is happening for everyone.

Any solution to this issue? We have users who try to find rooms or resources and they are directed to the secondary Domino directory (directory assistance) instead of the main Domino directory.
