Cannot locate default form

I’ve upgraded Lotus Notes Client from version 6.x to version 7.0.Now, I’m unable to send files to E-mail recipients (, , I get the following error :

“Cannot Locate Default Form”.

I would appreciate your help.

Try going in to the design of the mail file, opening the Memo form and then going in to the form properties. Under the first tab, in the “Options” section tick “Default Database Form”.

That should hopefully do it.

Hello, we have found this isse when the form “Memo” is not set as Default anymore. you need desiger to modify this setting. what we did, we deleted the form “Memo” and then replaced the design of the mailbox.
