Cannot forward mail

Hi.

I am experiencing a strange problem with a user. She is not able to forward mail from a mailbox. This is a mailbox that several users are using. Other people with the same acl entry are able to forward mail. When this particular user is trying to forward, she gets the error message: “You are not authorized to access that database”. She is able to send mail normally and do normal replies.

Anyone has any ideas on this?

What mailfile is mentioned there?

this usually happens when the users location document is pointing to the wrong mail file.

Subject: RE: Check her location document

And the location document shows the wrong mail file when the user uses “switch id” instead of having their own location document.
