Cannot forward/copy & have run out of things to try!

I have 2 users who are suddently getting this message when trying to forward any document in a specific mailin database:

“You cannot forward or otherwise copy the contents of this document. This document is set to prohibit copying and duplicating.”

I’ve searched this forum and found the following things to try, but all things were set correctly:

  1. ACL has “Replicate or Copy documents” enabled for the group she is in.

  2. The form does NOT have “Disable printing/forwarding/copying to clipboard” checked.

  3. The documents does NOT have a $KeepPrivate field and if it does have the field it is blank.

  4. Her location document has the correct mailbox indicated.

I’ll add that I CAN forward/print any document in the database. So it seems like it is client specific.

Any other ideas?

The only way I have resolved what seem to be “user/client - specific” issues is to completely remove any and all icons to all replicas of the database from the affected users Notes workspace, and then re-add them back again.

Hi Tammy, if your using the browser, then check to see if you have pop up blocker enabled. Disable it and then try.
