Cannot execute specific command

Whenever I send a new email message I click the New button, type my message and hit the Send button. Most of the time, I get a popup box with the error message “Cannot execute this command.” If I hit the Send button again I get another popup box with the error message “Are you sure? This message was already sent to one or more recipients…” As as nearly as I can tell, they are receiving my emails.

Normally, after I hit the Send button, I just return to my previous Lotus Notes screen; that does not happen. After I get either the first or 2nd popup error, I can hit the Esc key and it returns to my previous screen.

I am not sure what is going on, and am concerned that something more sinister is going on “beneath the covers”.

That did not entirely fix it. In my case, home is “Replication and Sync”. When I killed both my home tab and Workspace tab, the problem went away. However, when I logged back in, home automagically came up pointing to Replication and Sync, but the problem did not re-occur! So I added Workspace again; still the problem did not re-occur.

For whatever reason, killing the home and workspace and restarting solved the problem.
