I have a user who shows 3 connections (different ports) to his mail file. I want to drop the connections so I can compact his mail file but everything short of ending the server fails to drop the connections. He’s out of the office today and I’m sure he’s left his notes client active on his pc. He doesn’t show as an internet user.
The drop command from the console doesn’t work and neither does the right click drop option.
How can I drop this user?
