Cannot drag from inbox to folder (sometimes)

Hi

We have a user who is just trying to drag some mail from her inbox to one of her folders. For some reason she cannot ‘pick up’ any mails to drop them in.

She can use ‘Move to Folder’ OK.

Before I start a reinstallation - is there some new setting somewhere to stop drag and drop?

no have you gone to her desktop and try to duplicate this yourself?

That could save you the trouble of reinstalling.

Hi Joe,

Yes I have and I can replicate (on her machine). She just seems to have lost the ability to drag and drop in Notes. She has raised another call today to say she can’t move a folder from one place to another - again a drag and drop problem. It’s a mystery to me.

I have a user complaining of this same issue. Did you find any resolution?

Delete the Bookmark.nsf. This fixed the problem for me…
