I have a user who when I attempt to downgrade from roaming to non-roaming, I get an error that says the user was set to roaming via a policy and the policy must be removed first. I remove all policies from this user and verify via a policy synopsis and I still get the error when I attempt to downgrade this user. Is there a field on the person doc that I need to clear in order to downgrade the user? Seems like a sticky setting or something?
