I can index locally, but not on the server. I have manager access to the database. When I click on immediate idex, the message says that the request has been qued on the server but nothing happens. I tried compacting the database but nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I’ve encountered the same problems, but only with some databases. If I try to create new mail databases then I can create full text indexes on the server.
If you found solutions for this then please let me know.
