I cannot delete e-mails from my account. I have:

refreshed the design
-
run load fixup
-
load updall -r
-
restarted my client
-
tried deleting with my Admin account
all to no avail.
What am I missing?

Do you have the rights to delete documents in the DB according to the ACL? Any error messages presenting when you attempt to delete?

I’m manager of my mailbox both with my user account and my admin account.
No error message, it just gets “stuck” on the same view.

Next typical tip would be to pull a copy (not replica) of your mailfile, check if this one is fine (If yes, someone with admin rights should replace afterwords your server copy with the local copy, if there are replicas they need to get replaced, and it might be a good idea to stop the router during the process to avoid the risk of loosing mails send while you replace the database … of course a backup of the server before you start is due, too)

I have tested that and the problem still comes and goes. I’m learning to live with it.
