I have a user that just got upgraded to Notes 6.0 from 5.0.10. I upgraded the design of his mailfile, as well as his folders, all without error.He accesses his mail from the server, and has no replicas of the mailfile anywhere else. He has one email in a folder that he cannot delete. I tried deleting it, and it crashed my client also.
I have tried updall, fixup, and compact, and they all ran without reporting any corrupt documents or errors. I tried making a local replica, and when I tried to open, move, or delete the document, it crashed there also.
When I tried to make a copy of his mailfile, it got halfway done, and then crashed my client.
He isn’t having any other problems with Notes, but he would like to delete this one email.
I’m all out of ideas on this one, so if anyone can help, I would appreciate it!
