I have noticed that this problem has been logged on this forum before with no real fix.
My problem is related to my eclipse notes version 8.0.2 running on XP SP2.
Problem description: Notes will not let me delete email documents using any delete options on the client. if i restart the client i get this functionality back for a short period and then its gone again. I have tried uninstalling and repairing eclipse but problem returns.
Does anyone have a similar issue and is there a fix for this?
I have recently rolled out 8.0.2 sever and client to the whole firm. My users are all using the Basic client as i am not yet confident with the standard version and rightly so.
i am testing the eclipse version on my PC and i am close to uninstalling and reverting back to the basic version. Actually i won’t have a choice if i cant get my delete function to work.
