Cannot delete attachment from external email

Hi,

I am unable to delete attachments (or Save & Delete) from external-origin emails. Right-clicking the attachment gives the options “View” “Open” “Open With” and “Save”, but “Edit” “Edit With” “Save and Delete” and “Delete” are all greyed out.

Internal emails are fine, and give all the options.

We are using 8.5 client on 8.5 server with 8.5 mail template.

Has anyone else seen this?

Subject: This would occur in Preview pane…

Edits to the document (i.e., mail message) are not possible in the preview pane. Opening the email in another tab or window would cause these menu items to become active.
