"Cannot create bitmap"

This is really annoying and I’m sure this was fixed in earlier releases but It’s coming up again.

Currently running 8.0.2 Basic with FP2 and it happens when you have a few screenshots in the memo and try to send it. If you compress the workspace, close Notes and re-open you can send the memo fine. The memos are not huge, under 500k, it just doesn’t seem to like having multiple screen shots in there. I’ve upped the cache in workspace and the PC has plenty of ram available to use. I don’t understand what the problem is. Anyone still getting this ? I’ve just put the screen res down to 16bit to see if that helps which I doubt. Surely this is fixable.

I think I saw this a couple of times. Try to refresh or replace the design. Also, check if all the folders have the same design. if not, use the Action replace folder design.

Subject: haven’t seen this…

but are you using INI setting OptimizeImagePasteSize=1, which saves space by converting all pasted images to GIF format? If not, try it.
