I scheduled a recurring meeting some time ago. I repeats once a week, and it worked fine. Now I want do cancel a single instance of that meeting, but when I try to save the change Notes brings up an error message “Unable to send mail; no match found in name & address book(s)”. Now, I found a similar issue in the knowledge base, but there it says that one of the invitees has been deleted from the Notes Address book. That is not the case: All names do exist and are correct, and the room also exists.
I can even delete all invited persons and resources from that instance of the meeting, as soon as I try to save it I get the error - but that might be because Notes tries to tell the people that they have been excluded from the meeting.
Does anybody have an Idea why that happens and how to fix it?
