Hello,I am changing some of my existing users to iNotes Web Access. The first one I did …
Replaced design of database to iNotes60.ntf
Typed in Internet Password in person document
Typed in the URL for iNotes in Internet Explorer
Prompted to enter password … everything OK!
I am now trying to follow the exact same procedure with other users but when I type in the URL it comes up with a blank screen.
I cannot understand why the first one was fine, but now the others do not work! Any ideas?
I would appreciate any help!
Thanks,
Cheryl.

maybe the launch properties are set to open the database About document first? check domlog.nsf and see what is says. BTW, as long as you’re doing this, I recommend web mail redirect http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/sandbox.nsf/ecc552f1ab6e46e4852568a90055c4cd/f4b19c0c3327df5385256a8f0063bdf4?OpenDocument from the sandbox. I implemented it, and it works well.

Do I understand that these users were running the standard mail design before? If so, I believe that you have to run convert, not simply replace the design. (Maybe you did that and I misunderstood). Not sure if this would cause your situation though.

Use the URL as “ttp://www.YourDmain.com/mail/YourMail.nsf?opendatabase” in I notes we donot need to open ‘nbox’ explicitly.
