I have a strange problem. I have a Notes user who has changed userid since his department was sold to another company. With this new userid (issued by the new company) he cannot access certain databases anymore.When trying to open the Domino server he gets an error stating “User xxx cannot open database CN=ServerName/O=Domain!!catalog.nsf”. When opening a specific db he gets an ordinary error stating he is not authorized.
This user is authorized with his new userid, and he is still in the same physical building.
My initial thought was that the server did not allow him, but there is not access limitation set in the server document so now I’m at a loss.
Any idea?
Could it have anything to do with cross-certificates to the server/domain?
