Can you clear a field value using Policy?

Does anyone know of a way to clear the contents of a field using Policy? For example, you can use a Desktop Policy to set a Sametime server, but if you later want to remove that entry from all the clients, is there a way to do it using Policy?

I don’t think there is, but I would like to get confirmation from someone at IBM/Lotus. I suspect that Notes is coded so that an empty field in a Policy document will not overwrite a destination field that has data in it.
