We have just completed a migration of about 120 users from Exchange into our Lotus Notes/Domino environment (woohoo!).
Many of the questions I have been asked as a result of this focus on the differences between the Outlook and Lotus Notes (8.5) mail client interfaces.
One of the issues I am trying to resolve is the fact that, in Outlook, users could colour a calendar entry based on the category to which that entry is assigned.
I know that in Lotus Notes we are able to colour entries based on their individual “entry type”. However, we also have the ability to categorize entries according to personal categories we setup in our preferences.
Is there a way to colour those entries based on the personal categories we apply?
I know that it wouldn’t be that much of a strain to modify the standard template and make the necessary changes. However, I want to avoid template modification if possible, and want to ensure there isn’t simply something I have missed.
