Can Traveler accept calendar invites?

I’m hoping someone can answer this for me. I don’t know if this is the way it currently works or not. When I get a calendar invite in my inbox, I cannot accept the meeting or do anything with it.

When I open it up on my iPhone I get a message in the body saying that:

“This document is a meeting notice and requires the use of a Lotus Notes or iNotes client to view the content.”

As I said earlier, I don’t know if this is what is suppose to happen or if something needs to be changed on my Traveler server.

Thanks for any input you can give me. I believe we are running v8.5.1.1

Subject: Use version. 8.5.1.2

I use Traveler version 8.5.1.2, and it works perfectly. Anyway still it’s not possible to create meetings fron iphone

Subject: And read the release notes

It’s not enabled by default.

Subject: Modify XML doc

To enable this feature: Edit the file \traveler\cfg

      \NTSConfig.xml.

      In the section of the file under <COMPONENT

      COMPONENT_TYPE="TrueSyncServer">, add this line:

          <PROPERTY NAME="AS_ALLOW_INVITATIONS" VALUE="true"/>

      Save and close the file.

      Restart the Lotus Notes Traveler server.
