Can someone tell what this message is that keeps coming up in the Lotus Log?

I am getting the message:Tasks, Delete(Outbound), CmdId=####, ID=####, for user CN=name of user

in the Notes Log and it is for the same user and there are several of the messages one after another at the same time. Has this user chosen some setting?
