Can someone tell me how to show the internet name from the locations doc. in a new memo instead of the notes name?

Not sure how to use the internet address from the locations doc for a new memo om designer.

Been searching myself for this feature for years and never found it. Must be well hidden…Had to use a user profile document to store it.

The only time I saw it appear was when sending an email, so the info is aplied to the mail at time of sending. Maybe fake an email send and get the variable from there - and then store it somewhere for easy retrieval ?

If the user has just one internet email address, you can look-up in the names.nsf local db, using the view ‘Locations’ (not the hidden $Locations version)and collect the variable ‘Imailaddress’
