hi, i have a user that can only open a document from a particular database after exhaustively searching through all the servers. The database opens normally but it would take several minutes before he can open a document from the database. We had tried to create new a Local Replica of database but still it does the same thing. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem of not going through all the servers before opening a document from a certain database? Thanks in advance…

It seems to me that the document he is trying to open has a lookup, somewhere, that is linked to a database he has no access. It could also be that he does not have access to the server that was hardcoded on the lookup.
Notes must be trying every replica before finally failing (or finding a server he has access to).
