hi,can its possible to give validation to dialog list in javascrip(on change) and on that dialoglist i give dbcolumn

i send code also

in dialoglist i have to check uniqness for (10 dialog list field in one column)i write uniqness code on change

when i give validation code on change and dbcolumn also then its not working properly its showing validation only dbcolumn not working

any solution plz help
