Currently our students are created via a Data Dip into our Peoplesoft Environment and and agent runs to create user accounts for email. All Student access their account via DWA/Inotes.
I am looking at possibly setting up a Citrix server for them so they can use an actual Notes client. Problem is when the student account get created they are created without ID files.
Can ID files be generated for existing accounts who hadn’t had id files when created.

Hi Joseph,If I’ve understood your situation correctly, all you should need to do is register your students with the same name and certifier as their existing account, ensure you have selected to create an ID during the registration process and stipulated where you want it, and it should prompt you to update the existing Person Docs - which is what you want to do - when you click on the “Register” or “Register All” button. One thing to be aware of here is that for the Registration process you need to set the mail system to “None” so that you don’t go creating a new mail file and address, then after you have registered the users go into their Person Doc and change the mail system back to “Notes”. This will repopulate the fields with their previous settings except for the Domain field that you will need to re-enter.
