Can I use @commands in views and buttons in Domino Everyplace Access Server (DEAS)

I have three questions about Everyplace Access Server:

1.Can I use @commands in views and buttons in Domino Everyplace Access Server (DEAS) ?. I can’t get it to work. Or is possible only to work with requests (like $servlet, $session and the like).

  1. Is possible to change the style of views, etc. using CSS or other methods?

3.Someone knows where is the database example jotter.nsf?
