My users have a problem understanding what the text on the Quota Warning Reports say, whether it’s about the warning threshold quota or the mail quota we’re talking about.
Subject: you can add to the quota warning & error text
Open the Messaging configuration settings document for the mail server and go to the tabs Router/SMTP>Advanced/Controls. Here, you can ADD text to the default Quota warning notification and Quota error notification.
