Hi all,
I have one of those irritating problems which i just cant scratch.
We have a few users experiencing a calendar problem that when creating a new calendar entry it prompts the error message " Field contains incorrect value" You must enter a value for the start time"
Its a notes client 6.5 tied with a r5.12 mailbox. This is a standard setup for all notes users in the company.
OS - Windows XP Pro
R5.13a Domino Server
Created a new busytime.nsf
Checked all time formats in calendar preferences and timezone.
Replaced template design on mailbox.
Im running out of ideas… any help on this will be appreciated.
Thanks
John.

Select Tools-Preferences-Calendar-Free Time and ensure all entries contain valid time ranges such as:
“09:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM”
Double check any other default setting for a date or time too (Calendar-Basics, Calendar-Alarms) etc.

InSelect Tools-Preferences-Calendar-Free Time
you also need to check the saturday and sunday value, as those fields will store the values, even if the fields are not displayed.
You will need to switch them both on, clear them out and switch them off again.
