Can agent manager execution times be controlled by configuration documents?

Hi all,

I have tried to figure out how to set agent manager execution times (server document - server tasks - agent manager) through a configuration document.

We are building a farm of uniform servers (one per client) - but the servers should be configured in the same way. I have used the configuration document “*” (for all servers) to make uniform settings to notes.ini so far. But I would like to configure the agent manager in the same fashion - and I have found no way to do that. There seems not to be a “tab” in the configuration document. Do any of you know a notes.ini setting (that is not mentioned in the Domino Administrator Help)? - or perhaps you know a different way of obtaining what I am trying to do? (ideally something like policies - but they only apply to users as far as I know).

Thank you in advance.

Well,

Perhaps not - then consider this a proposal for Lotus

Until then I can write som code/agent to handle it - but that is not as “nice” a solution…

Subject: DDM a solution?

Hi again

I have been suggested to look at DDM, which “should” be able to update the configuration based on a “master” server document.

I have not so far been able to configure this. So if you have tried this (with or without success) I would be interested in hearing from you.

Thank you in advance!
