I need to give a specific user edit rights to meetings in a number of mailfiles.
To save me having to do this manually in each mailfile, is it possible to do using something like policies?

Not with policies but you can do it pretty easily with the Domino Admin client. Just select multiple mail files by holding the CTRL key while selecting them then right click and choose Access Control > Manage then click the Add button, etc…

Just spotted that one! I wasn’t aware that adding a user to the calendar access was effectively the same as adding them to the acl with no access and read and write access to public documents.
