hi!
we merged with another company and our Domino 6.5 Server should be also the mailserver for the old DOMINO (yes, domino, not smtp) Domain of the old company. there is NO server of the old company available!
examples:
my actual DOMINO Domain: MYDOM
the old domino domain: OLDDOM
a user (migrated from the old domain) has the following names in NAB:
Tom Maier/Newcompany/Global
Tom Maier/Oldcompany/Whatever
when a mail is sent to
“Tom Maier/Oldcompany/Whatever@OLDDOM”
it’s rejected by the server, because it does not feel responible for it.
how can i manage this problem?
any idea?

You only have one server for all users, both oldcompany and newcompany so the users will be in the same NAB.Change the domain in the person documents for the oldcompany users from OLDOM to MYDOM and you should be all set.

That would only work for new mails, not for replies that already contain the domain.
Create a foreign domain document for the old domain name and point it at the mail.box on your server.
