Once of our Users when trying to accept his invitation he is getting the EM “Notes UI Document : Save Cancelled”. He is unable to accept this invitataion.
Any suggestions greatly appriciated.

Try replacing the mail file design from the template. Make sure there are not design elements that are set to prohibit design refresh.
