What formula can I set on a calendar view to just display a room/resource utilization for the day. The default calendar view on resource reservation db displays all the rooms in one calendar and I want to be able to view each room in its own calendar view. This way the admin for the conference room can print out each room individually and place it on the door of the room for last minute walk in requests.

I believe all you need to do is make a copy of the calendar view, insert a new column as the left-most column. in it, categorize the rooms/resources.
Then embedd this view in a form and you can use the show single category along with fields on the form to choose which room to look at.

Can’t do that in a calendar view – the two leftmost columns absolutely must be datetime (or range) and duration. @SetViewInfo can work on non-category columns in a calendar view, so you can use any other coumn value except the first two.
