Within the calendar preferences on the “Display” tab, the calendar view is set to be displayed from 7:30-6:00pm each work day. When scheduling a meeting and checking for free time, the work day is displaying 8:30-5:00 so the entire work day is not being shown. Any ideas?
Subject: It is two different settings
The first setting controls what is displayed on your calendar.The second setting controls what times your are available for free-time searches.
