The calendar reminders are not working properly, i have updraded the mail file design from 6.02 to 6.5 and everything appears to be working except the reminders… does anyone know anything about this?

Goto Tools–>Preferences–>Calendar/To Do tab–>Scheduling tab. Make a slight change to your normal office hours (i.e. delete a single character and then retype it) and click OK. This seems to jolt the reminders into life. This has worked for me in the past. Let us know if this helps.

Even after modifying the available times, the calendar reminder still does not function properly… Is there anything else I can do?

Try disabling the reminders, restarting Notes, then re-enabling them.This normally kicks them into life.
Silly question for you though, I take it that the calendar entries do have the alarm setting on ?

I don’t know if you ever found a solution for this but I had this problem for one user and this is what worked for me. I wiped out the mail notification and alarm notification lines in the ini file. I then disabled alarms and re-enabled them in user preferences. Hope this works for you.

I have done what Greg has suggested, disabled and then enabled the reminder, I will keep you guys updated with this issue. Just to let you know the Domino server is 6.2 but the mail file design is inotes6.5. I don’t knwo if that should make a difference.

well, the reminders that were set before updating the male file were working, now they are not. I’m not getting any popups that reminded me of the appointments
