Testing Notes 6.0 clients. If a user creates a reminder in Calendar with notification of sending an e-mail to others, the others receive the e-mail and a doclink to the reminder itself (even though the description text and all attachments get sent with the e-mail so why should they have to see the reminder itself?)
If the user clicks on the doclink, they go nowhere because they need at least Reader access to the original sender’s database. Since all info gets sent in the e-mail, that isn’t a huge problem BUT the couple of users that have received these doclinks from R6 testers are complaining they can’t get to the doclink. We don’t want to have to explain umpteen times that they really don’t need the doclink since they have all pertinent information. Is there a way to disable sending the doclink with the reminder?
