the notification for a calendar entry works fine. The problem is if you reschedule the entry to another date, the notification does not work. Anyone have an ideas how to solve this

Can you give a little more info? Are you talking about an alarm? Is this a single meeting, repeating, appointment? I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting…

Yes, this is an alarm.It is a single meeting.
We are using only Appointments\Meeting since the alarm allows notification in minutes prior to the scheduled event.

Its a known issue in 6, but I’m pretty sure its fixed in 7. Will take me a day to test. Work around would be to uncheck, then re-check the alarm checkbox. I know that’s not happiness from an end-user point of view, but it should work
