Is it possible to have Notes notify me of a new calendar entry made by someone who proxies my calendar? The reason that person has access to enter entries is because she doesn’t want to place meetings on her calendar, and Notes does that automatically when scheduling from her account. Consequently, I delegate “write access” to my calendar, but then am not aware when new entries are made to the calendar. That has been a long-time pet peeve of Notes Calendar from our management and support staff.

There is no reason why you can’t add an agent to the mail template to run using “All new and modified documents” trigger - then using Lotusscript, check who the creator is and the form name, and send you a mail if necessary.
