In my calendar I just noticed that the notification indicator is on yet it is not on in the entry:
This is a nit but it could be confusing to some (like me)
Subject: Icon confusion
Actually what you see in the view is the “Reminder” icon meaning that the entry is a Reminder. It is NOT an indicator that there is an alarm set (or not) on the entry. As can be seen in the second bitmap, the entry is indeed a Reminder.
I will mention this to the designers as a source of possible confusion to see if they can come up with something less confusing to users. As far as I can tell, there is no view icon to indicate an alarm has been set on an entry but then again I set alarms on everything so I would hardly notice in a view.
