I have a user that cannot receive acceptances from invitees who are internet addresses. The chair shows as user name/OU/O@Notes Domain. I have checked his location document and it has an internet address and is sending MIME mail to outside. I have checked his person document against mine (I do not have the problem) and it seems to be the same.
Any ideas?

Subject: Also, check ‘Send outgoing mail’ settings
There could be differences if the MIME is being created by the client or by the server… obviously the location document cannot be accessed when the MIME is created on the server. To get more information, can we determine where this MIME is being created?
Ways the the MIME can be created on the server:
If the responses are sent with comments
If the location document ‘Format for messages addressed to internet addresses’ is set to Notes Rich Text instead of MIME Format.
If the location document ‘Send Outgoing mail’ is through Domino Server AND the address is recognized as a Notes address.
