I have a user (me) that whenever I receive new meeting invites to my Blackberry 8320, they always come in as regular mail , so none of the context menus allow me to accept the invite. We are running a BES server here and the other 20 or so devices do not have this issue. I have created new replicas of my mail file I have reloaded both the Blackberry and the mail client on my desktop. I have refreshed design of the mail file , I’ve run fixups on it as well. On the Blackberry side I’ve also resent all the service books but always the same issue. Any help would be much appreciated.
