Calendar iCal Feed (Tripit) Itinerary not Blocking Time

I have a user that has downloaded the Lotus XML plugin for tripit - for Notes.

It brings his Travel Itinerary in just fine…But during the time he is OUT OF THE OFFICE it does not show him busy. I am thing Notes does not book busytime on ICS Calendars.

Is this correct?
